CNI should set up loopback interface for Mesos containers on CNI networks.

I was asked by to open this ticket for backporting to 1.8.

Without this fix I am unable to have my framework's tasks run in bridged mode using the dcos overlay network. What happens is a SIGAR process starts up in the container and tries to bind to localhost using the specified JMX port which fails the entire task. The error coming from the executor is unfortunately not very helpful since Java just throws SocketExceptions about the port already in use.

Hi Aaron,
The fix is in Mesos head but unfortunately we couldn't port it to 1.8. It should definitely be available in DC/OS 1.9. Would that work?

Sure, we can work around this for now by just making sure our executor does a ifconfig lo up before the real command.

Changing the description and marking this a blocker to track that DC/OS 1.9 syncs with Mesos 1.1. to get this fix.

Changes are part of Mesos head, and already part of DC/OS 1.9 train so going to close this.
